Tourist Accommodation Service
Our principal business is providing accommodation services to tourists visiting the Mont-Blanc valley. If you have a chalet or other property you would like to rent out, we have a number of options available to you, depending on the standard and location of your property. We can help you market, manage and increase the occupancy rates of your property:

-Do you use your property as a holiday home and simply want to off-set your expenses by renting out during unoccupied periods?

We have experience establishing and running tourist accommodation across the board, from catered corporate luxury chalets to converting old alpine properties into the highest rated guesthouses and hostels in the valley.
Our rental management service is offered in three standard formats:

1)Seasonal / annual contract with guaranteed monthly installments

2)Commission-based complete management: 35% management fee (includes marketing, running expenses, changeover and staff where required)

3)Finders-fee: 10% commission on any booking originating from our networks.
Activity Providers
With a captive audience of adventure-hungry guests, we provide a full range of activities to complement their holidays. Our aim is to provide them with the highest quality of service, the most experienced and knowledgeable guides and offer an overall fantastic and where possible, unique experience of our alpine playground. We are actively seeking partners to provide our guests with the following activities:

We typically take a 10% deposit on-site to confirm an activity booking - the client then pays the balance direct to you, the activity provider, and under your terms and conditions.
Property Search Services
We have a gradual inflow of requests from previous happy guests, as well as other leads, regarding property that is available for purchase in the valley. These clients are looking for both holiday-homes and investment opportunities - they commission us to find them these properties because we offer a ready-made rental solution and consultancy service to maximise their return on any investment.
We are in partnership with one of Geneva’s most exclusive and ex-pat oriented property service consultancies, Leopard Residential. They regularly bring us high net worth clients who have moved to Switzerland for a better, more outdoor lifestyle, and prove time and again to be the most consistent buyers of alpine property, especially given the recent strength of the Swiss franc.
